Application and Procedures for Use of School Facility
- Please complete this form to request the use of school facilities.
- The completed form should be submitted to building principal.
- This application must be approved before a group is permitted to use school facilities.
- Please check the Calendar on our website for availability of the facility you are requesting to use.
- Usage fees are as follows:
- Elementary Gym - $10.00
- High School Gym - $15.00
- Community Room - No Fee
- A key deposit of $25.00 will be required when keys are picked up. The deposit will be returned when keys are turned in.
